
Divided into 3 areas – Barrington,
Barrington Valley and Barrington West, this popular
executive style community is built around a lake

and 1995 by Colonial Homecrafters and Lifestyle
Builders, homes in this neighborhood range in
size between 1,600 and 2,200 sq.ft., have vinyl
siding and sell in the $200,000’s.

225 homes make up this popular west end neighborhood,
with an option to join a pool and tennis association.
Homes were built by a variety of builders in the
late 1980s and early to mid 1990s. Most homes
are between 2,400 and 3,500 sq.ft. with a 2 car
garage.

Eight home sites make up the quiet Countryview
neighborhood, on the far western side of Henrico
County. These homes are nestled between the backyards
of Wyndham homes and the Cosby Farm. Each home
site is a minimum of 2 acres.

A community of 60+ homes was developed by Wilton
Enterprises and is near completion. A second phase
may be opened. Plans call for a community play
area. Spec homes are still available in this neighborhood
that is adjacent to Dominion Hills and is located
at the intersection of Nuckols Road and Shady

Mike Dumont and J.R. Walker & Company have
built in Covington.

This is a quiet, tree filled community of 72 custom
built homes on lots ranging from 1.5 acres to
over 5 acres. Homes vary from traditional all
brick colonials with columns to Victorian. Most
were built between 1988 and 1992. There are no
remaining lots for sale.

Located on the East side of Wyndham, north of
Nuckols Road, Dominion Hills consists of 72 homes,
most of which feature vinyl siding with an average
size of 2,700 square feet. Dominion Hills was
developed by Eagle Construction in the late 1990’s
and sits on an old farm, so trees among the homes
are limited, however, many of the homes have a
tree filled backyard. The final two homes in Dominion
Hills were built in 2005 by Quality Builders.

A very popular West End planned community consisting
of 394 homes ranging in price from $350,000 to
over $1,000,000. New construction of executive
style homes is still available in the final section

Made up of 172 homes with various builders, Gayton
Station was developed in the early to mid 1990’s
and consists mostly of vinyl sided homes ranging
in the 2,000 to 2,700 sq.ft. range.

The 63 home Graham Meadows neighborhood was built
in 1998 and has vinyl siding homes ranging in
sized between 2,000 and 2,600 sq.ft.

Streets are continuing to go in on this Boone
Development that will eventually house 400+ families

Hampshire is divided into 3 areas – the Estates
at Hampshire, Hampshire and Hampshire South. The
development is located at the Southwest corner
of Shady Grove and Nuckols Road. In all, the Hampshire
communities consist of approximately 225 homes.

Hampton Forest is a small community of 3 cul-de-sacs
consisting of 17 homes built by Centex in 2001.
Hampton Forest is on the North side of Nuckols
Road, between Cambridge and Westchase. Homes in
Hampton Forest are approximately 3,100 square
feet and lots are similar in size to Cambridge.

A community developed by Parker Orleans with estate
sized homes. Plans call for 60 home sites on a
minimum of 1 acre lots. This neighborhood is located
on Pouncey Tract Road just West of Nuckols.

A Ryan Homes town home community. Two floor plans
were built, both with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths
and street parking.

This community of 44 homes was developed by The
Dominion Land and Development Partnership and
built by Dobson & Ryan Homes beginning in
1997. Most homes in this neighborhood are brick
front with vinyl siding. Kimberwicke is located
near the “back entrance” of Wyndham between Crosscreek
and Wyndham.

Built in the early to mid 1990’s this popular
west end neighborhood is known for it’s cul-de-sac
living! Homes are mostly between 2,500 and 3,200
sq.ft., with hardboard siding and 2 car garages.
There were a handful of builders in this community.

A newer quality built community consisting of
36 homes mostly with 3 side brick and almost all
homes have at least 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
Conveniently located on Shady Grove Road behind
Deep Run high school. Many of these homes were
custom built by small scale builders and have
unusual features.

Millstone is a community of just over 200 homes
that is directly adjacent to Wyndham and, if you
didn’t know it, you would think you were in the
Wyndham neighborhood since the roads are all connected.
Millstone has a community playground and walking
paths. Membership to the Wyndham Swim & Racquet
Club is available to a set number of Millstone
residents for an additional fee.
Built by Stern Homes between 1991 and 1993, this
34 home community has homes with vinyl siding
and mid-range sized (2,500 to 3,500 sq.ft.).

Developed by Crimson Bay Cove and built between
1994 and 1998, Northbrook consists mostly of homes
in the 2,200 to 2,900 sq.ft. range. There were
a number of different builders in this community.

A community of 20 brick front homes built in 2000-2001
by Zeigler with sizes ranging from the high 2,000
sq.ft. range to the mid 4,000 sq.ft. range.

This is a quiet, established community of 68 homes
built on lots ranging from 1 acre to over 7 acres.
This neighborhood is conveniently located on the
West Side of Pouncy Tract right before the Nuckols
Road intersection, directly across from Grey Oaks
with great proximity to all the Short Pump attractions
without the noise and congestion. These homesites
are on private well and septic. County utilities
should be installed in the next few years.

Located off Cauthorne Road, backing onto the new
Covington development, Shady Ridge consists of
70 homes ranging from 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath to 5
bedroom 4 ½ bath mostly vinyl homes. The north
side of Shady Ridge is on the Pawmunkey River
and many of these lots are very private.

A Ryan Homes town home community located conviently

late 1980’s and early 1990’s. Developed by HHHunt,
Wellesley is anchored with a Towne Center that

This is a community of 36 homes with an average

private Dominion Club golf course and developed
by HHHunt. Wyndham amenities include a community

Crab Feast and Spring Fling. There is no more
new construction in Wyndham.

Wyndham Forest is located North of Nuckols Road
between Cauthorne and Shady Grove Roads and was
built in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. The
HHHunt Wyndham Forest development is divided into
3 areas – Wyndham Forest (216 homes), Chappell
Ridge (122 homes) and Rivers Edge (38 homes).
Wyndham Forest and Chappell Ridge are mostly vinyl
sided front-entry garage homes with a minimum
of 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Many of these homes
